Shipping and Refund Policy

Once an order for a Book or a DVD is placed, the shipping will be commenced within 7 days and the delivery will be attempted within 15 days from the date of dispatch of order. Genesis Educational Technologies/www.freevedicmath.com do not hold any accountability for reasons beyond our control like Shipping Partner delays, strikes, natural calamities, war, Force Majeure events, Act of God, etc.

For unreasonably long delays, the customer will be given full refund of the amount. For refunds, please write to vedicmathlearning@gmail.com

Can I cancel my Order ?
Yes, you can cancel your order within seven days from the order receipt date. After seven days, no further cancellation requests will be entertained. Send your order cancellation requests in writing to vedicmathlearning@gmail.com

Important Points:

• If the product (like Book/DVD) reaches you in a condition which renders it unfit for use, we urge you to contact us within 24 hours from delivery. We will analyze the issue as the situation demands, and upon finding that the product has reached you in a condition as stated above, initiate a refund within 48 hours.
• If you have subscribed to any of our course or training, you can inform us within 7 days of the course commencement of your desire to discontinue and refund of your fees will be initiated through our payment partners and payment gateway. However, no refunds will be initiated after 7 days of the course commencement.
• You will not hold us or any of our payment gateways and partners responsible for any kind of technical glitch, Force Majeure and other technical failures during the payment process.
